I ask that you arrive early at the New Orleans Hilton Riverside on Friday to take part in the events planned that day:
Friday - Come hang out with us as early as possible from 2-5pm to register and receive the weekend itinerary, t-shirt package (if purchased), participate in a raffle to receive a gift and any weekend information that you may need. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ To make reservations: All guests that book your stay at the New Orleans Hilton Riverside must mention the Alexander Anderson Family Reunion OR state our group code 936 to receive the discounted rate and amenities within our block. You must pay the family reunion fee to receive the discount by the weekend of our event. Otherwise, Hilton will apply their standard rates and policy. See additional information below.
Resort fee or destination fee has been waived if reservations are booked in the group block.Parking Fee: $30 per day
Saturday - Hopefully you had a wonderful evening on Friday. Cookout at City Park in New Orleans. A tour bus will pick us up at 11:00 am at the side of the hotel. If you are driving directions will be provided upon request. We will be in the park from 11:30 am-4:00. We will return to the hotel by 4:30pm. Please go out and enjoy the city, so many things to see and do.
Sunday- Hopefully you have had a great time with family.Church service will be held from 9:30- 11:00 am.
